Why is Riot treating the yellow trinket like a summoner spell? (unless your Zoe)

All I want is access to vision so I don't get dicked by ganks at level 2. Is a 3 min cd really necessary?

Clarity: I can't ward for early invades and have lane vision in bot or top. I can't ward both sides of the lane mid. Riot is systematically dwindling away vision control as an option or mechanic for winning.

With enough time I'm sure RITO will remove yellow trinkets as well, leaving supports the only ones with warding ability.

I can, but then i can't have one for vision in side lane bushes. If I ward for early invade then I can't ward for ganks. If I ward lane bushes then i can't ward for ganks. Vision control shouldnt have the same cd as ignite

so you're saying you have to make choices and aren't allowed to play 100% safe? how is that a bad thing? If you spot their jungler top side you put it top side, and the other way around.

There's 3-4 of you who can ward for invades on the side your jungler actually starts and always someone else on the other side. If you really don't wanna take the risk it's always possible to get vision on both buffs.
