Can we fix the game so bottom lane doesn't decide the majority of the outcome?

Especially with games ending early and ADCs having strong early games, this really isn't okay.

Every single game at Diamond right now will be lost if either of your bottom lane players are playing badly, and with the current state of the game, it's nearly impossible to influence that lane as mid or jungle.

Make bot go top lane, problem solved. So Top lane decides the majority of the outcome.

Mid and jungle can roam there. If you think it's nearly impossible for mid or jungle to influence bot, you should try some new ways of ganking bot as them.
