Baron and baron buff need to be changed

Needless to say, Baron buff has received huge increase in power in season 7. It is also supposed to be a team objective, however it can be done with 2 people post 30 min. When it is focused by the whole team it does within 5-10 seconds which is laughable. In comparison to Elder Drake, the amount of power it gives it is rather squishy. The worst thing is that it becomes a 50/50 in close games, so the team who takes it usually wins the next teamfight and take the game. I don't think games should be decided by 50/50 smite contest, nor that it should be so squishy for the sheer amount of power it provides. My suggestion is to buff the tankiness of Baron as well as lower the power of the buff.
