Still don't agree with you -- if you fight Camille now you'll see just how much weaker she is. Same with Leblanc. Kha also got nerfed and his Q deals significantly less damage especially the empowered version and gets less of a CDR on it.
Leblanc passive drastically reduces her early game dominance now and Zyra's plants not auto attacking a target who hasn't been hit by her spells makes bot lane a lot more manageable.
