Because it seems like nobody ever takes it and tanks are just nonexistent this patch due to armor pen changes

Pyke.. go midlane/Jungle pyke, and take it.. since he can't get bonus health from items, he'll have less than alot of the enemies

That's wrong. He will have a very high amount of base HP, around 2700 at level 18 I believe. That means only full tanks will have more HP to benefit from any of the % damages.

no, 2700 isn't that much.. top laners, junglers, and midlaners have more than that by level 18

so, top laners are all tanks/fighters, they build black cleavers, armor, etc. so they have more health. Junglers are (typically) off tanks/fighters, like warwich, kahzix, etc. who all have more health. Mid laners all build Torment, crystal scepter, abysal mask, shyrims crown thing (cant think of the name) all of which give HP.. so by level 18, they would all have more HP than pyke. base HP doesnt matter because of items.
