Who Needs a Nerf Based on Both Win Rate and Pick Rate

Moderate Nerf

Akali Akali currently has a pick rate of around 10% (above average), but has a win rate of around 54%. This means that she is being picked by a lot of people and is doing pretty dang well.

Blitzcrank Blitzcrank currently has a whopping 22% pick rate AND a win rate of 53%. He could use a moderate nerf with his increased lane presence due to changes to mana regeneration and certain items.

Fiddlesticks Having a pick rate of 12% and a win rate of 54%, it is clear that Fiddlesticks needs some modification in some places.

Janna Janna has a pick rate of 14% and a win rate of 53%. She is just at the line to where she could use some slight nerfing.

Jinx Jinx has a pick rate of 20% and a win rate of 54%. This is most likely due to her strong sieging and killing power, further enhanced by the recent pushing enhancing items.

Pantheon With a 19% pick rate and a 54% win rate, I think we all know why he is so good right now since he can solo dragon at extremely low levels. However, this might change if people learn to ward Dragon early so we will see.

Sona Sona has a 10% pick rate and a 53% win rate. I am not entirely sure about why she is so strong, but it is most likely due to her ranged game changing ultimate. However, I am not sure how she would rise in win rate with the addition of Elixir of Iron.

Warwick This guy is pretty insane right now, but it is not because of him, it is mainly the items that are making him so strong since he was pretty balanced before. Right now, Warwick has a huge 22% pick rate and a 60% win rate, a nearly hot fix worthy statistic.

Slight Nerf

Corki Corki has a slightly above average win rate of 52% and a pick rate of 10%. Small tweaks should bring him down to normal power.

Katarina With an identical win and pick rate to Corki, Katarina once again just needs a few small numbers tweaks and she should be in a fine place.

Leona Leona has a much higher pick rate of 25% and has a win rate of 52%. I have a feeling this will change when people learn to get Elixir of Iron, but if it doesn't, Leona might need a few small tweaks to put her back in a better place.

People to Keep Watch Of

Ashe Currently Ashe has an average pick rate (around 8%), but has a win rate of 53%. This could mean she might need some toning down and she might be a Sleeper champion (meaning she is super OP secretly). Keep an eye on her.

Fizz Fizz has an above average pick rate with a 51% win rate. It's not too bad, but should be kept a close eye on.

Tryndamere Like Ashe, but to a less degree, Tryndamere has an average pick rate with a 51% win rate. If this rises, he might need some looking into.

Vi Same as Tryndamere, but with a larger than normal pick rate of 13%. If her win rate rises, she might need some modifying.

Wukong Currently having a 9% pick rate and a 52% win rate, Wukong could need some looking at, but also couldn't. Elixir of Wrath seriously buffed his ultimate, but we will see if he needs anything.

Winrates change based off of the meta, champs that people thought were in a bad place could suddenly counter the meta and appear stronger then they actually are but if the meta and picks were to switch back to what they were previously then those champs will be weak again. Champs need to be nerfed if a case arises where it does not matter what is picked, they can still be very successful. The only champ that i feel fits that bill atm is WW.

Ok Ok dude I totally agree with this, gj! You took out the strongest champs ofc, and I think they need to chance for sure because the "old" champs (like lux and Ashe) dont have escapes etc...

I also think they should fix this, for the future of the game, because no one will play Lux anymore if there are more OP Dash champs comming...
