Is LeBlanc weak?

I bought 2 weeks ago, played her like 6-7 times and got hang of stuff, but I think she is weak, while others say she is broken. Her waveclear is one of my main problems with her, I don't know how others farm, do they use their abilities to farm? I usually don't use my disortion to farm because it's like only safety tool besides flash. Also I just have no idea how to teamfight with her, do you just stand in nearest bush and wait for enemy ADC/APC so that u can burst them down? Also should I roam as LeBlanc? This might be my mistake because I'm usually trying to farm. I wanted a midlaner and thought about buying Diana or LB+Akali and I thought that 2 champions would be better choice than buying one, but I don't like LeBlanc for now :| Diana seems like best bet? and will she get a buff or something? because she didn't get compensated when DFG got removed, even more, she got nerfed (well a bit, -5% ratios on her ult) I want tips

shes a huge lane bully who reserves the right to harass you as she sees fit. shes designed to win early game, her only undoing is raw late game and other champions just straight up become better than her past the 20min mark. shes not very good in a team fight setting because she needs to go in on her target, and that usually means having to deal with the rest of the team should she decide to go in and do something.

She's weak unless you're really good. Then, she becomes broken.

Despite her winrate I feel she is one of the strongest assassins currently. She has good base damage and ratios, and she's really safe from ganks (especially post-6). Even if she goes into a bad matchup, she can just roam and get her team (or herself) fed.

The thing is, she has a pretty high skill ceiling.

She will almost definitely get nerfed again. She's still dominating the meta at most levels of play.

That being said she still takes practice to master her which takes time. Put the effort into learning her and you can go really far, assuming she isn't banned which she probably will be.

Winrate is less on popular champions as there are many noobs playing them.

She takes a little bit of skill and practice to learn how to use her abilities effectively (though the basics aren't that hard.)

With a little experience, it's easy to use her to bully most lane opponents and get fed, but it's hard for her to turn that advantage into a win for her team, which is why her win rate is low.

I think she could do with a small rework, though, as her kit makes her frustrating to play against. Too much of her power budget is tied up in her mobility and safely.

She just killed me at level 3 with no items after engaging on me practically under my turret. I was at 70% hp. Believe me, shes strong. Not to mention a good Leblanc will slaughter all of your squishes without even being noticed. She is not bad teamfighting unless the Lebanc herself is bad.

Leblanc is weak....TBH I think she is THE most mobile champion in the game, in addition to having relatively reliable and strong burst. Her only downside is her waveclear, but this problem is easily negated by farming champions. At level 2 her QW takes off a bit over half your health...She's definitely one of the strongest mid laners right now.

Weak? Ha. She takes practice and skill but also feels like bullshit to lane against. I dont really like her either way.

I hate her also, I just bought her and I hate her very slow attack speed. She IMO is only good in the laning phase, can't splitpush or teamfight for crap.
