Why didn't Karthus get any changes in mid season mage update?
I think he needs a rework or some changes.

Okay, your opinion can be valuable or not, depending on one thing : your arguments. It is hard to speak with you if you have no arguments.
Karthus is very distinct in his playstyle and is situation ally really strong, the mage update was more to give mages more distinct identities within the class
Why
No one likes him.
I love Karthus. The only problem he has is that the mage item update was terrible overall and has really confused his build path
