Riot, Nerf Katarina please

I know I will get downvoted to hell by "Katarina Mains" that play nothing except normals, but there is a reason why Katarina is permaban in ranked, at least in lower divisions. -"Get CC noob"

Half of midlaners don't have CC, I mean you can CC her in teamfights(or can't if you didn't dodge) but you can't do so in early game, also CC won't stop her from QEWing in your face, starting with squishies and spamming all of her skills except ult, she uses ult as opener and finisher to kill tanks. AND ANYWAYS CC COUNTERS EVERYBODY EXCEPT Irelia (Please don't nerf her I want to buy her) Even olaf can be CCed pre-6 or if ult is on CD

Katarina snowballs too hard, even if you have CC in laning phase, she will roam to bot lane, get double kill and laugh at you while your botlane flames you for no SS, even though you pinged and typed in chat... Please, one way or another nerf Katarina Her E makes laning phase and towerdiving safe, and it also deals damage. Her Q is aoe and deals lots of damage if mark is popped. Her W is pretty balanced if you ask me. Her R is borderline broken (inb4 cc noob)
