Riot said that they acknowledge that Sejuani needed some buffs, but refused to buff them because she had enough time of spotlight. Iirc she was really popular for 1 - 2 months, when Gragas has been very popular pick, from Cinderhulk meta to Worlds. I believe it's unfair.
I own both of them and love both of them, I am not biased. Help

Because Sejuani actually wasn't nerfed that bad, she maintained a 51% winrate with a low pickrate after her nerfs.
Because Seju had %51 win rate Gragas had %44.

Uhm no idea about winrates ;v I just want to see some Seju nerfs reverted, as Early game junglers are very strong now and Gragas offers nice early game presence.
Sejuani is still a strong, reliable pick while Gragas isn't.
Sejuani has been maintaining a ~50% win rate since her nerfs and is still a strong CC and damage threat throughout the game. She doesn't need buffs and I'd rather not see her receive them, since they will likely lead to immediate nerfs.
