Twitch stealth resetting is a bit much.

it already last an insane amount of time, why did it ever need to reset itself? good nerf to him would be to remove that mechanic...

It suits his fantasy extremely well; he pops out, takes shots, and then vanishes, only to pop out again. Remember his boss fight in Poro Round Up, how he would repeatedly jump in and out of different sewer drains? Like that.

Theme should be secondary over balance though. If that's what causing him to be broken then they should bring it down a notch.

The stealth resets aren't whats making him broken, though. It's the massive BPS from range.

I'd say take away the flat AD boost from his ult.

twitch always had that DPS before his small rework. the only thing they changed for his rework was overbuff his stealth mechanic. the problem with twitch is not his DPS, its the fact that he can safely position himself and pop out of stealth to DPS an entire team down, then escape without any real concern to his safety...

They also changed Venom Cask to be a persistent slow effect.

Twitch's weakness is being jumped onto. If you're on top of him, he can't stealth away. There's clear counterplay to the stealth reset mechanic, but not much counterplay to his high ranged AA's.

Thus, the best course of action is to nerf the aspect with little counterplay.
