AA Reset on a Ranged Champion

How come we never see AA reset abilities like Garen Q or Yorick Q on ranged champions? Is that something that the design team likes to avoid?

There are plenty.

Ashe Q (and technically w) resets it. MF's Q definitely does it. Lucían is an AA reset mess. Caitlyn... ouch.

Even thought it might not be a fully traditional reset, it acts like one.

I feel that one is less of an AA reset because the time it takes you to tumble negates the sort of quick 1, 2 that Auto resets give you

I know she used to be able slightly work around the animation time by tumbling into a wall (it would stop the tumble animation and let her auto sooner). Not sure if that's still around or not. I don't play her.

both garen and yorick can AA then Q for 2 hits back to back almist immediatly... i fail to see the problem here...

plus good garens dont engage with their Q, they time it to stop a cast when they actually need it, or to escape slows... just saying

They're all over the place, but they have refrained from adding them onto new champions where possible because it adds an insane amount of power to a champion if they ever are able to itemize for sheen. If they don't initially count for that, they become broken.
