Schrammster1 votesActually, her Q is the slowest moving SKILLSHOT in the game. Compare it to Annie who had a targetted Q and a cone skillshot with W and does more damage than Anivia's combo does post 1st back. Her RE was the only skill that was used to reliably trade back against really oppressive lanes such as Zed/Leblanc/etc. Champions with dashes can completely avoid her E double damage because of her R's chill duration (but this is another issue entirely because of 5.24, not 6.9). Anyway, she is pretty much unplayable when compared to the things you can get from mastering other champions with a similar skillcap.
