if you have half hp in a lane vs lb.
back or you die. even at level 2. just fucking back.

or you just avoid her W after it got nerfed

A lot easier to avoid distortion and chains after this last nerfs.
Those 2 nerfs actually did drop her win rate by about 4% based on the past three days.
because win rate is what made lb beyond broken.
because win rate is what made lb beyond broken.
Would you rather play against a champion who pisses you off but only wins 44% of the time, or a champion who wrecks the entire game and can actually carry?
If you're playing to win, you should -hope- the enemy picks LB.
id rather be able to win lane once. but going vs leblanc makes that impossible. you cant outtrade. you cant outplay. you cant dodge her cancer e. you cant gank. you cant sustain vs. just stop.

So ridiculous - ignoring all of her weaknesses counter play styles and champions that straight up murder her. No let's keep complaining about a subpar onetrick pony champion instead of getting better and learning how to beat her.
teach me how to bea tleblanc. give me 1 tip that works for all champions vs leblanc.

She has a lot of weaknesses - her dash is interruptable, preventing all damage. Her damage is dependant on performing a combo - if you break the combo with disables or banshee, it plummets her dmg. If you get a kill on her in lane, she becomes near worthless all game. She has negative HP, and dies from a single disable in a teamfight. She has no sustain, so any damage you do to her sticks. The nature of her kit having zero sustained damage means if she can't burst you in one go, she plummets in effectiveness. A banshee on your ADC totally wrecks her late game potential. She is literally a one-trick pony. If she can't oneshot the adc, she dies instantly, and the adc will just lifesteal it all back in five seconds.
If you look back on all the so-called OP champs that were nerfed, she is really tame - she's not even that powerful of a champion in terms of securing the win - she's just good at killing champs and hoping the rest of the team can secure objectives. No matter how fed LeBlanc gets, if her team sucks, she can't win.
If you want a legitimately OP champion from recent history - post-remake Mid AP Evelynn with DFG, chunking entire teams for over 10k combined damage from stealth, with no chance to retaliate or prevent it from happening. She could 1-shot you from stealth faster than LeBlanc, and with even less recourse. This is a champion who was OP because of her teamfight potential -in addition- to her oneshotting champions. This means if Evelynn ever got fed, and she did almost every game due to her unparallelled ganking potential, the game was automatically over, because now your team had zero chance in teamfights due to Eve being able to build tanky and not having to rely on killing the enemy in a single combo, AND you couldn't rely on split pushing since Eve can show up any any moment and blow you up. LeBlanc really struggles in teamfights, and even if she's 29/0/20, she can still die at any moment from a single mistake, and lose the entire game in a split second. Most other champs if they're fed that hard are able to take some punishment, but if LB builds tanky at all, she loses her ability to oneshot and then she is useless.
And beyond all this, she can just be beaten in champ select. AD champions naturally have an advantage since they usually get scaling MR, access to hexdrinker, and can build Lifesteal to counter her in lane. She is countered by champions with any combination of high mobility, reliable poke, high burst potential, point and click or instant disables, high wave clear, sustain, shields, and general tankiness. Cho and Lulu are her hardest lane counters, but many others have a lot of tools to deal with her. It just takes quick thinking and maybe some jungler presence, but that's the same for any champion.
She's really not difficult to beat - especially right now, she's weaker than she's ever been, and she used to be considered flat-out terrible, and a troll pick, even with silence and higher AP Ratios. People dealt with her for years, and she's only become easier and easier to fight back.
all of these are based on ifs. if you kill her. if you can wait for her spells to be down. what if tis a piece of shit leblanc main in diamond? you think that shits gonna fly? stop justifying her being broken as shit just cuz ur a lb main.

I'm justifying her not being broken because she's not hard to beat - either in lane or in the game as a whole.
None of these are based on if's - all you need to do is hit her when she jumps on you. If you took tanky runes/masteries and some pots, you just punish her every time she tries to hit you. She has to use her body as a projectile and now it's slower than a grandma with a hip replacement, so you can either step to the left and dodge it, or just smack her when she flies in.
Watch how she plays - if she always jumps back to her teleport pad after her combo, set up a skillshot to hit her when she returns. If you can pop her passive in lane, call your jungler and bait her.
If you manage to score even a single kill on her before she can kill you, you just ended her game right there - focus on farming and pushing and keeping her in lane so she can't roam, and punish her every time she tries to use her W to farm.
LeBlanc herself is based on a lot of if's because of her kit - she has to decide to use her W offensively, keep it up if scared of a gank, or use it to farm. She has to decide whether its safe to stay in range of E to let it proc, or run back. She has to decide whether to use her ult to copy Q for more damage or W for safety.
If you really think LeBlanc is anywhere close to game-breaking, then this must be your first competitive season playing League. There is so much counterplay to her, and she is by far the squishiest champion in the entire game. There are champs who are almost as mobile, with almost as much damage, but are tankier than hell, and don't die from a single stun like LeBlanc does. There are other champs who do even more damage than LeBlanc but also regenerate HP, so no matter how much you damage them, they will heal it back. If you do any damage to LeBlanc, it stays until she spams potions or dies.
LeBlanc also does zero damage to towers, dragon, or baron. If her team won't work with her and secure objectives after a key assassination, then she might as well go AFK in the fountain, because she can't do any of that by herself. If you have a 28/0/20 any other non-support champion, they can secure objectives alone and force a win. Or at the very least build tanky and splitpush. LeBlanc can't do this.
If you ever lane against a LeBlanc and lose, it's because you made a mistake that she capitalized on. You need to capitalize on -her- mistakes - she is punished so hard for messing up, far harder than almost any other champion, because of the fact she has no other options than building enough AP to one-shot the adc in teamfights. If she can't do this, she is more useless than a level 1 nerfed afk Evelynn.

she is punished so hard for messing up

I'm actually kind of glad you quoted something way on the bottom of what I wrote, meaning you found no real issue with the other 95% of what I wrote.
Catching LB = her messing up. With how slow she is, it's not hard for a Blitz to pop ult or someone to shoot a skillshot CC at her as she dashes in to murder your adc, and if you manage to tag her, she's dead.
She takes far less punishment than almost any other champion and can't ever build any tanky items to survive getting caught.
I tend to follow this rule with most assassins just honestly. Unless I have a good reason to stay
If you back, she'll just repeat the same process, meaning at the end of lane phase she'll have 80 cs to your 17
Proactive > Reactive Learn how to counter > Play the champion you want and lose because you didn't actually think about who you are going up against when you pick Brand and Lulu
Being a reactive player as Annie you would not have a chance at killing Blanc. However being a proactive player you will have the ability to push her out of lane and even kill her. It's like holding a gun to your opponents head and waiting for them to shoot first, would you not rather shoot that person before they shoot you?
She was literally just gutted. She has one of the single worst win rates in the game at the moment.
She doesn't need any more nerfs.
