During the mid lane mages touch up, can we do something to Veigar?

I don't want to nerf him to oblivion, but I don't think he is a healthy champion right now. If it's hard to keep Nasus from getting stacks then imagine how hard it is to keep Veigar from getting stacks, when his Q is a ranged ability that can hit two targets and passivley increases his AP whenever he gets a kill OR assist? Combine this with the scaling on his abilities and your left hanging there with your jaw open like "wtf" This guy's only weakness is that he is squishy...which is awesome...if you are a ranged burst mage, but even then if he catches you in his sight he can tap R and kill you.

Before his ult was like "huh, thats kinda cool" cause he wasn't such a freaking jerk that he is now. He has a 100% scaling AP on his ult....plus 80% of his TARGETS ability power.

Im tired. It's hard to make a complete in depth argument against Veiger right now. But let me say that the only thing it seems that you can do against a Veigar is to just not let him farm....period... And even if that is an actual thing, this does not seem like a fun thing for either the person laning against him or the Veigar himself
