6/27 PBE Update
It seems like adcs are still getting bursted by assassins. Riot wants adcs to never die and become gods of the game. 
-5 ad, 
-10 ad and damage changed to physical which means it will almost always do less damage.
That is so favouring adc, which is already overpowered.
