If you cc Yasuo before his 'q' hits you it does no damage

Let me clarify. When Yasuo uses his 'q', it doesn't hit his target immediately (assuming he's in range and he doesn't miss). Apparently there is a delay between casting the ability and it actually hitting it's target. If you're able to cc Yasuo before the move hits you, you won't be damaged. It's that simple. I can't tell you how many times I've been in range of Darius, but he manages to apprehend me before the move actually connects. Just pointing out more counterplay that exists in his kit.
