well in valor form you still have movespeed vision and gap closers they need to make valor's Q blind since valor cant proc the passive. but at least quinn can proc the passive three times now.

I think because they removed Valor's abilities they can make Quinn's stronger. If Quinn could have 2 sets of abilities (like other champions) then each of those abilities would need to have considerably less power power otherwise she would be overpowered. I like how Valor will have more of an effect on the game or at least be seen more often and It's also extremely unique for an ADC to be flying around on top of a bird with 600 movement speed.

There were a million ways Riot could have buffed Quinn without having to remove her melee form. Not to mention that her Ultimate is now MF's Passive with a 120 Mana Cost needlessly tacked onto it.

at max rank there is no mana cost. also valor's melee form was what was holding quinn back.

The melee form wasn't healthy for an ADC, but I think Valor could of been changed to something like a utility form. Maybe regenerating mana over time when in Valor form, she has an enhanced W with more vision/longer duration, but yeah I agree that they didn't have to remove the melee form there's a lot of other things they could of done.

Also not sure which MF passive you mean. Love Tap is her primary one that does 50% - 100% of her AD on switching targets with no internal cooldown and I think It's halved vs monsters. Her Strut passive swapped in place of her Impure Shots, It's the same except the MS scales with rank and can now get up to +100 MS.

You have to remember that Riot has stated in the past. Duel form Champions are hard to balance. Because people will just go for the most OP form.

In current form. Valor has a lot of power just from her MS. which is combined with Quins Execute. (which kinda makes valor's other abilities an after thought.) You could have made Quin a better duel form champion. by reducing the execute and the MS boost. (and start looking like Jayce.) But I feel like focusing Valor as a Over land speed and utility. Gives Quin a more unique niche. Which was Riot's goal.

Also the ability would have to have been balanced around being a duel form. Riot may have done away with the CD, but it still has all the mana cost. Meaning you would run out of mana trying to use her as a dual form champ.
