Why do people want Darius bleed to do AD instead of magic?

If you think about it from most perspectives, it's going to do more damage if it deals AD because of his E and many other factors.

Black cleaver would be a must on Darius as it would be broken with him so that's more armor ignored.

What is the thought process besides "easier to itemize"?
