If you're 0/10/0 or afk at fountain, you shouldn't get to vote on surrenders

Why are we held hostage in games still Riot!!!???? Develop a system where trolls, afkers, and nerdragers can't hold people hostage just to piss them off.

It's deplorable when Dota has had options to leave games safely forever and you guys still can't come up with a single system that stops players being held hostage in toxic environments. You want a less toxic game? you want players to stop being so pissed off and raging at each other? THEN STOP FRIGGIN LETTING THEM BE HELD HOSTAGE FOR 40 MIN GAMES!

Do you honestly expect someone to be stuck with a rager, troll, afker for 40 min of torture with no recourse, to go into the next game with a happy positive attitude? You can't honestly be that delusional, can you?

Fix it riot, do something.

I agree... I'd extend it to premades of the afk or dced person. I really hate that mid doesn't join and his friends apologise for him, but they want to keep playing.

I agree with this post, while i understand people can have a bad day, if your feeding THAT hard, you shouldn't be able to vote no in surrender votes. I can't tell you how many times you end up getting that 20 kill deficit from the enemy team, everybody is agreeing s@20 and then 2 people vote no just to troll them.
