Can galio not be left unplayable in solo Q for a year again?

hes doing worst than aatrox and all those champs ur including in 9.5 patch

You know you can give him small buffs or small nerfs ur not forced to over buff and over nerf him every time??

do i have to spend another full year telling galio players that galios unplayable and have no guides available for this champion at all?

how about you tell me how to play galio runes and build paths i would really like to learn why is every galio players inting in Solo Q in every elo every region.

And galio support is not healthy for the game hes a mid laner battlemage like the rework was suposed to push him into and not a ward cc tank support bot.

On my alt account I have a 55% winrate on him with a mediocre KDA. I have higher winrates and KDA with other champs... and I am a 'Galio one trick' feels bad.

I always find him as either a top or jungle tbh.

But moving to relevant topics, I think the issue right now is that he's in a very strange place, somewhere between an AP juggernaut and a full tank. If you buff him too much, he becomes god...it wasn't even 3 patches ago I saw people screaming that he was the most busted champion in the entire game...and I'm seeing that he's unplayable. Is that due to changes to certain items, I take it? Cause that's usually how it is.

I think he'll be alright...but we'll have to see where all of this change is going to say for sure.

I'm not gonna lie: I haven't seen the last couple patchnotes cause I've been too busy getting 20-something hours of OT dropped in my lap at work. >.>

That's why I was asking exactly how much of the power loss was him specifically, and how much came from nerfing items that affected a bunch of different people. If it was mostly from items, he'll probably end up with some small buffs. That's how it usually works - they hit generic strengths like items that give an entire sub-class of people too much power, then buff or further nerf individual champions afterwards.

If it was mostly items, we'll have to wait and see where he ends up in comparison to all the other people that got nerfed by it, and if he's below them, they'll probably buff him up to their level. If it was mostly him, then it's probably because not even 3 patches ago he was apparently GOD, and they're trying to find his personal balance.

I havent read the latest notes but he def felt playable a few days ago.... I'm not a galio main or anything, but he doesnt feel TERRIBLE to me.

Battle mage galio is the problem and should not be buffed since his kit does not work for it, he should just be a tank that can be played as bruiser like he was when he was first reworked balancing him as a mage is how he got nerfed it will not work and will never work.

I mained him when he was "OP" and he's for sure very weak now. He can't even do the job of disruption like his taunt and ult imply he should be able to do. In this damage heavy meta he melts, and does no damage back. It's shitty.
