New R: Fizz transforms into a shark and dives the ground, becoming invisible and untargetable while moving towards his target at half his movement speed. The target becomes frightened by the imminent shark attack, being paralyzed by fear until Fizz reaches them. Upon reaching his target, Fizz erupts from the ground dealing 300/400/500 + 120% AP magic damage to his target and all enemies around it and knocking everyone up then slowing them by 80% for 3 seconds.
