Yep irelia is a jungler now

This is the sort of change that encourages me to play Irelia as a support, and I will.

No, her E only does 50% damage, as in half the damage E would've done on minions or champions.

Couldve sworn it was 50% less

Bladesurge deals 60% bonus damage to non-champions.

Also her E Marks large monsters giving a free reset on her q.

So yes she can jungle. She has built in sustain combined with ranged cc. Seems legit to me.

*edit her E only does 50% damage but it is hard cc and is more about the marks then damage in the jungle.
