@Riot Look at allowing Fizz W to proc spell effect items and see if that fixes his horrible play

Currently on live his W (activate and bleed) dont proc item 3116 item 3151 or item 3285

Fix that and then come back and see if this auto attack fizz works.

It should proc spell effects if it has ap, just how like ad thingds apply on hit effects. They should change it so his W can synergize well with item 3100, item 3151, item 3116, item 3285 and so on. Although insta sheen proc on hus W would be nice too.
