Rhaast is definitely not balanced or fair to play against. Assassin Kayn can be OP but most of the time he ends up just dying. They need to shift some power from Rhaast to Blue Kayn in order to make it at least a viable option to pick

are you memeing? he is picked EVERY single game. there is no way to escape from him nor there's any way to catch him. also his tower diving ability has 100% kill potential. there's no counterplay. if champ is banned/picked every single game then there's obv something wrong with it.

10%. He has a 10% pick rate. With a 50.06% winrate. The closest to a 50% winrate in the game.

And you can escape him. :/ believe it or not the animation lock on his q forces his movement to be the same as if he was WALKING toward you.

And you can catch him, as soon as he is in combat (takes or deals any damage to or by a champion) his e duration is dropped to under 1 second. And I’ve already stated his q.

Tower dives. Here’s a hint. Armor. Any armor guts him, and if he goes rhaast. DONT FUCKING STACK HP.

If at any point you die to a kayn who isn’t fed, it’s 150% your fault.

Blue Kayn is literally the most oppressive champ in the entire game when fed. What's the counterplay to somebody running through walls at mach 7 to oneshot you? It's also bullshit for top lane, because he can just come out of the wall next to your tower for a free towerdive, combined with the R to take off aggro. It's total cancer.
