The nerf to Maokai that would really help fix him
Passive is only 50% effective when used on minions.
Seriously, how the fuck do you beat this asshole in lane? He shoves hard, he sustains hard, and he has so much CC that trying to engage him is almost always fruitless. Mana and cdr is so abundant that he can literally spam his own abilities for consistent uptime on his passive.
If he wants to super sustain he should have to trade with you, not just smack minions. Smacking minions for free healing should be penalized.
This rationale was applied to vladimir and recently morgana as well. Perhaps maokai ought to be the next one.
