Riot, can you do this?

by recent rework and new champs we have seen as Nidalee and kalista can activate their passive using a skill to make them less situational and more effective. You do not know how tedious for a rengar is defending the base without having the ulti, not to have even the slightest chance to get close without being destroyed. E does not help because it has a very low speed and an animation that stops the race. this means that if you take a target at max range, including animation and other things, you do not have time to reach the target hit by bolas. I would ask to members of the Riot's team if they can activate the passive on a target affected by E of rengar. Nothing strange, nothing absurd not created before (see q calista, or w Nidalee) nothing out of the concept of fierce hunter who jumps on a prey just struck with his bolas. I would love for someone of riot's team to answer me and, if not, explain to me why it can not be done. Thanks to all and good game
