Seriously, we're pissing off each other and destroying our love for this game just by circlejerking. Dynamic Queue is just how you queue up for ranked. The gameplay is the same, the other modes are the same, we now get free skins, we have better graphics, better lore, better everything. Alright, DQ may be the worst bullshit ever - but it's a DETAIL in the game. Give your negative feedback and FREAKING RELAX. You've spammed so much hatred towards the game we made grow together that I've unlearned how to play. I keep feeding. I can't enjoy my mains anymore. I just see tilting stuff everywhere. And I can't buy Overwatch, not an option for me. So PLEASE, stop.

SO your saying i should just stop playing ranked which is the number 1 reason i am playing league at the moment and go play normal games? thanks to riot i do not have any friends left to play normal games with since they all quit the game .

and yeh the game is dying give it till season 7 everyone is going to find a new game. Riot is forcing everyone to play something they do not want, its like compulsory to follow everything riots says.

I'm saying neither you nor your friends should quit the game since you can:

Ignore the changes to the ranked ladder since it plays the same.
Stop playing ranked and enjoy normals
Stop playng normals and enjoyr 3v3s and ARAM
Play featured gamemodes every weekend
Stop spamming "this game is dying" since it's only happening because you depress yourself by repeating it.

i already told you i have no friends left to play with plus normal games are there for people to play with their friends or practise new champions i played this game for 5 straight years and had never complained, but this what they did this season just burst my bubble.

If you have no friends to play with that sounds like a you problem not a Riot Problem. Make new friends, or get your friends to play. Either way this is not Riots fault. Stop acting like a victim and grow up

I'm in a similar boat. My friends are still my friends, we play other games together, they just dont play league anymore. All of riots pushing people to play together makes the game less fun to play alone, and because of that (and balance reasons, and frustration reasons, etc...) my friends quit.

They have redesigned the game around queuing with groups of friends to play with but when your friends stop playing you have no one to queue with. Once that happens the core engagement of the redesigned game is gone and the original engagement is no longer there because they have redesigned the game.

Part of that redesign is dq, but it is also in their systems and champion design. Look at how the new champions are designed and you can see that they are often more team dependent than older champions. They are built around having perfect teamwork and communication which is not there unless you have friends to play with. They made mid laners more reliant on blue buff than before, requiring understanding of who needs it (jungler or mid) which heightens the importance of things like voice communication which isn't there. The totality of their design choices, not just dq, are pushing many players away. When they leave, their friends either go with them or become understandably frustrated because they have been left alone and riot has said through their design choices that is not ok.

I've made random friends in lol too, they too have left. I'm sorry that you dont feel sympathy but his story is getting far more common, and that is a disturbing omen for the future of league.

Sounds like a personal problem. You can claim it is thanks to Riot your friends quit however...

Riot did not force them to quit, Riot did not threaten them, Riot did not hold their loved ones hostage if they do not quit, Did not hold a gun to their heads. They decided to quit for whatever reason. Not saying you are a toxic type as I do not know you but if you are there is an equally good chance they quit as they got tired of playing with your behavior (again not saying you are toxic as i do not know you) but most of the people who make this claim do turn out to be toxic).

Go ahead look at every game and see how many of those people are people I queued with. I am predominatly a Solo Q player. Next! I have climbed out of bronze 2 seasons in a row and will do it a third on my own merit. Just becuase someone disagrees with you does not mean they group up for ranked.

I am willing to bet you are one of the so called "boosted" players with that attitude of yours as I have never seen a real Platinum player whine the way you do. Especially given your post history which is 90% complaints. On top of that you really enjoy creating words and implying someone said them.

I may not play enough ranked to climb all the way to platinum but I do know I can easily get out of bronze. Another thing I would like to note is I have often heard Plat and Diamond players complain about how hard it is to climb from bronze. The fact you are the first I have ever heard/seen post otherwise makes one wonder if you really "earned" the rank you are being so high and mighty about.

You only tried to use my rank as an insult as you were proven wrong right off the bat about me being a premade player. Go suck on your salty lemon and savor the taste.

season 7? dude its the most played game on the planet, yes still. this game is not going to die anytime soon and with so many investors, publicity and the fact you can EARN a real living playing the game through multiple avenues, its going to go no-where, period.

ill insert this - it is THE fastest growing spectator sport in living memory, notice i said SPORT because it is and this has been published on CNN, Sky news, BBC news, and more channels about how popular spectating LEAGUE is now. for an export currently it has no competition, CS:GO is the second most watched, these are the big two.

DynQ is not bad until diamond1 according to many highly ranked players below Diamond1 you can literally play as per you usually would with next to no drawbacks.

the ONLY problem they publicise with the que is not groups, just the MMR and how ''wonky'' it can be, for example a challenger player wants to play against challengers (or masters) NOT below, as it stands some challengers are getting matched with D4's + now they say THIS is unfair to them and not good for practice for the Challenger players and pro's alike.

so basically most of these posts are band-waggon, and the same 4-5 people over and over and over again.

Plus there is massive speculation that many other games (specifically overwatch) could either eclipse LoL and/or already have. The fact riot isn't releasing their numbers reminds me a lot of the whole "trump battling obama on his birth certificate" thing that happened a few years ago. Trump was trying to bury Obama because he wouldn't release his birth records, and when Obama finally did Trump had little else to hold against him ultimately causing Romney to be the frontrunner in the republican nomination. If riot really wants to make the community, they need to release the numbers. Once the transparency is gone, people can then judge for themselves as to where the future of this game actually lies.

I would disagree, dq isn't bad until you reach about one tier lower than your "true" rating, then it becomes immensely frustrating to climb. Since that is mid diamond for most pros this makes sense, but if you are a plat player then dq would become frustrating somewhere around gold.

bandwaggon fallacy. I haven't been a doomsayer about dq, there are some good things about it, but there are also some bad things. also 4-5 people dont give one thread 450 upvotes.

oh yeh I'm not denying that but its a brand new IP, give it 1-2months to stabilize a little and see if the trend continues, now just because its edged out League by 0.40% on the DAY that week league still posted a higher % of players around the Korean Cafes.

the other thing to not is that different sites have very different numbers, League was at 28.32% while Overwatch was at 28.40% in one estimate, another was 28.42 vs 29.62.

now right now its a new IP, korea/china go nuts for anything blizzard, when D3 was released it was one of the most played games in the cafes.

but to put it in perspective EVERY other game barring league / overwatch posted around 5% and below in cafes, thats just how big these games are right now.

after that you go look at league has been the most played korea cafe game weekly for 204 consecutive weeks and it still is weekly by 1%.

Except that it doesn't play the same. The game itself is now completely different since if you don't have a premade, you are essentially inconsequential to it's outcome, win or loss. And on top of that the significant loss of players since the start of this season is actually starting to become physically apparent in how bad queue times have gotten, and continue to get, which weren't even close to this bad for weeks after DQ original release.

But hey you're right, everyone should just keep lying to themselves and pretending nothing is wrong. Since it hurts your feeling so much that we say it like it is, and our hope that our ceaseless spamming of our rightful displeasure of what's happening to this game might actually make an impact on Riot, is too much for you too handle, perhaps YOU should stop coming on the forums and reading/posting.

The rest of the world doesn't want to see another popular online game die in the same EXACT ways that dozens of other have, going down this exact same path.

The game is dying, even if slowly. And it's time to stop living in another world, pretending that everything's ok about it. If you ignore this problem, no, it won't just go away. Sorry to have to break the harsh reality of it to you, but YOU need to stop posting against such threads.

anyone who has a sub lvl 30 smurf like myself will know that those games are the most toxic environment in all of league. if i was a new player i would quit this game if i was trying to lvl up my account now.

that expectation has been keeping new players out for some time now, so it wont take a large rate of people leaving to kill the game. No new players trickling in while some leave shrinks the playerbase and that is what is important in a PvP game.

this is only partly true i have payed against plaenty of smurfs and i have also played against a fair amount of new players as well.

Naw game is alive and well. Looked into Overwatch and it's a joke(wait until that hype dies down).

The two things killing this game is the competitive scene being diminished in Korea due to scripting.

AND Smurfing (inflating numbers and changing skill discrepancies within elo's DQ helps with this to an extent) when they could allow us to link accounts.

there are some small tweaks that would change views drastically.
