@Riot - How hard would it be to make a second resource like AP but for utility?

Utility ratios suck, they always have It's an amazing idea but is cut short by the fact that those ratios are forced to be low while also forcing other AP ratios to be low too... and support AP items also come with crappy AP on them because "midlaners would abuse them"

How hard would it be to just take some or all of the AP off those items and sub it for an entirely new stat called UP (utility power) or SP (support power)

I have seen this change suggested a lot, but never seen a Riot response on it

This could leave a lot of champions getting utility ratios and a few non support items getting them for situations
