Can we buff Azir please?
The one AP champ who actually takes skill to play. He's not like Annie or Malzahar where you just point and click and burst. He doesn't have stealth, untarget, or %health damage. There is absolutely NOTHING about this champ that is broken. Everything about him requires you to have mechanical skill. You actually have to have good positioning both with yourself and your soldiers. But Riot hates these kinds of champs and would rather buff point and click champs and assassins.
