Now that Jhin has a 35% play rate, can we talk about Tresh' consistent 32%?

This champ is pure cancer to face, even more so than Blitzcrank. Not going to get into the whole discussion as to why hook mechanics are toxic and overly punishing, but let's talk about Tresh.

Tresh is literally a CC bot. Once hooked, you will never escape. Is he overpowered? He might be, but that's not my main point. My point is that this champion is present in 1/3 of all games. That is beyond stupid. Something is inherently wrong when a champion reaches that kind of play rate. Need not look far to see that Lee Song was stupid as heck (still is). I remember reading somewhere that Riot considered it problematic when a champion reaches above 10% play rate.

So Rito, you either need to nerf Tresh so he isn't present in literally every freaking game, or you need to change his kit. Facing the same champion every game is one of the main complaints I see on these boards, yet Tresh somehow goes unnoticed despite having a beyond ridiculous play rate and cancerous kit.
