If you want Malz to be an AP Carry Midlaner

The passive has to be changed. When he was reworked, his passive turned out to be so strong that a bunch of power had to be redistributed from the rest of his power budget.

If you want him to be an APC, the passive has to go. Its going to slowly siphon the damage out of his kit again. It happened after his rework and its already happening again.

By its already happening again, I assume you mean the nerfs to his ult damage? They were done becuase it simply dealt too much damage, not becuase of his passive.
