I'm honestly excited with the changes to item 3003 as that item could be more useful to other champions other than my Anivia as it'll now give a lot more to offer and now can reach 20% CDR as well. I'm surprised with how these item changes came out and happy for most of them. We can finally stop rushing item 3165 on like 80% of the mages and now have an actual option of which item we want to get. Plus the new item seems pretty cool as well. Though I'm wondering if it'll stack up on your own spell casts and how much does it go up per cast lol.

And yea the new Twin Shadows seems pretty good, and I can definitely see it being used in the mid lane. It's honestly just good to see more options for people who go Glacial Augment as well. Though my only concern right now is how much is AurelionSol going to be effected with the new item 3030 as that is a pretty decent change and I'm not sure if A.Sol would like the new changes to GLP.

I think AurelionSol Will enjoy the changes from item 3151 so he should be ok.

Grevious Wounds for mages is nice to see.

I don't think the orb will charge of self cast. If it could then it could have simply been "nearby spell casts charge orb." Instead it states allied and enemy spell casts.

Yea your right, that's a good point about the charge orb. After looking at Kassadin's E which is similar to charge orb in a way, it mentioned himself in it and the wording of the charge orb's passive doesn't sound like it'll count itself. So it'll be a really strong item for mage supports though since there is 3 other people in lane but as for mid I could see it only being useful against spammy enemies, unless you wanted the item for the Mid game team fights which then it'll be pretty useful lol.

item 3147 is the AD version... I don't get why we're not allowed to get it back
