His W is still too strong. He still Levels it first and Builds tank while doing shit tons of damage.
You cant not Trade with him because of W.
Do one of two things
Remove the Bonus healing or the bonus damage from W

He is too good vs a lot of champs (win rates around 55%) and then too bad vs other champs (win rates around 45%)
These matchup have nothing to do with player skill. Its flat out Ability counters. Riot this game design is going down hill fast

Ragnaveil1 votesIma give one example each cuz its late here and I need to wake up for classes tomorrow. Karth (jg primarily) before a bunch of nerfs hit him was a prime example of the champ carrying the person (you practically run full ap, flash into the enemy, and press r after you die to chunk the entire enemy team) I'd give TF the you carry it considering his kit isn't that strong, and its up to you to make use of the one strong ability in R to make plays around the map.
