I'm struggling to find a champ I enjoy playing nowadays, I just don't like the current meta at all. I end up playing Shadow Hearts: Covenant in my spare time.
I'm at the point where I think about uninstalling league of legends every single god dammed day. The only thing, I do mean only thing ,keeping me around is the amount of money I've spent since 2010. My disdain for Riot started when they canceled Magma chamber, got rid of dominion and stopped caring about twisted treeline. I'm sorry to say this ladies and gents but Riot is not the same company you remember from a handful of years back. They never will be and that's what makes me extremely sad.
So in my pessimistic mind? Nothing is fun to play right now because every game is the same 20 champions on the same map with different people and it's boring as sin.
Fun is subjective and with enough work, up until high diamond and above, you can make anything work, also what about the people who find Riven fun like boxbox?
D&D 5e, play a warlock, fighter, or monk and just unload all your frustrations in a burst of short rest abilities every fight, it's quite therapeutic to be able to pull off absurd combos in almost every fight and just sit for an hour between engagements, warlocks are also some of the most roleplay-diverse classes in the game...
