F1, which is on a mouse thumb button. Much better than having to take your fingers off the abilities, especially if you're going for a Flash-cast combo.

Z F moves the camera right so flash can't go there. Not only that but I don't want my index finger divided between using Diana's vacuum AND flash, those are too important to assign to the same finger.

I put flash on D, so I can reach it with either my index or middle finger, depending on if I want to chain flash with ult, E or both.

Obviously D. The whole goal with flash is to get yout out of a sticky situation, and most of the time it's a good idea to wait until the last second to see if you can avoid having to use it. D is more easily accessable, therefore your reaction time and ability to press it will be better in a "flash-worthy" situation. F is further away from your fingers so I use it for smite, teleport, ignite, etc. since most of the time they aren't needed at a moment's notice.
