If your laner shoves you in and roams he will win the game so I think this will fall off at a higher rank tbh.
I mean, good for you, but as Fire said, the higher you get in rank, the less you will get away with this. As of right now, you likely could get away with it in plat since ranged vs melee in top is heavily ranged favored atm. I'd just be careful about not taking flash.

Any ranged top laner with self peel can win top lane by brainlessly spamming abilities and basic attacks. If you're against another brainless cheese top laner you just permafarm.
