For me his 1v1 is too strong. I have not ran into an enemy I didnt beat in lane (but it is the PBE so)

No, but you gotta consider Morde kinda has to get more up close and personal with Darius. Although he might beat Darius. The one thing that has me on the ropes is how good is the E pen is during lane (Im not gonna bother playing matches in PBE till he gets released since matchups wont be completely accurate since people are more lax on there than here).

Ya the PBE sucks to tell how powerfull a change is.

Thing about Mord Darius machup is that Mords Passive Burn is % Max HP and his Q solo hit damage is very high. Lvls 1-3 Iv beat every Darius Iv laned vs.

Hopefully he isnt op cause riot is pretty bad at balancing and when they do it like months after. Makes me sad when compared to games like fortnite when balancing happen in weeks. Still wondering if Sylas will ever be fixed.
