I need help picking a top laner
Somebody who does a surprisingly good amount of burst damage, with a good gap closer and a VERY strong early game.

Since you are actually asking for advice on Top lane, you probably don't want to pick up Riven, as she's really really really complex. She will take a lot of time to master, and a lot of tilt from doing things wrong. You will lose a lot before you are able to play her to a good level, so just pick Renekton instead.
