When is anivia going to get a rework?

came out after her and got a full rework.

If you do rework her, there are things that I'd like to see different.

First her mana costs are ridiculous. I'd like to see an item unique to her, just like . Her Q doesn't belong in league anymore with all the champs dashing around. Same goes for her W.

So if i were to change her. I'd personally do it like this.

Passive: Killing a unit restores 1-4% mana depending on her level Q: similar to , just a little slower and bigger area. W: Impassable terrain, except flash and blinks. E: No change R: No change on the damage, just a visual update. The description is: "Anivia summons a driving rain of ice and hail to damage her enemies and slow their advance" I personally would like to actually see ice rain. Similar to , but ice, not bullets.

What makes Anivia strong is the player not the champion. I know an Anivia main who can destroy his lane opponent even if he is assassin and can go 15/0 in a game. Reworking her passive as far as it is bad and needs a buff will inrage all players of the game and the champion for the "unique ability" and imo your idea is pretty lame and this is what xerath and lissandra (pre-rework) are ill of. Imo if they bring the vision on the W back will be good enough for a buff/change to that ability.
