If we're going to continue with games snowballing, can we at least be rewarded for consistent play?

Going 2-8 in ranked while being honored in every single loss because I played well, and still losing full LP + MMR is not fun or rewarding.

Alright, let me ask you: How does one win a game of League?

Also most of your games you have the same amount of deaths as kills (or even more deaths), and you play artillery mages, morgana mid, and supports mostly. Mr. Pot, your response?

Once the enemy team has something like a 9-0-1 Vayne, the only way to maintain your score is to sit at the fountain, especially if you're the only one who's doing well. Also, KDA includes assists. I don't try to steal kills from team mates.

Right now, it's almost entirely which team has the auto-fill or which team's early game is stronger (aka composition).
