Why not shift its power from mana restoration to having full 40% cdr max from just having Essence Reaver? Now it doesn't feel awkward not to buy trinity force along with this, opening path for more builds and diversity.

Besides, 30% cdr and all you need extra is another 30% crit chance to make full use of it? It's respectable.

LadyRenly1 votesEssence Reaver was always the mana bloodthirster. If anything, I'd rather the old essence reaver back where it didn't need any crit at all for people like Malzahar.
But when you think about it, what good is cdr if you run out of mana? the people who build it typically have never really had efficient cdr in their kits
