Unpopular opinion : Annie needs this MS buff

Disclaimer : I'm not saying the changes are perfect or something , I'm only commenting about adding movement speed to her Kit.

People are complaining about adding more mobility to the game and etc.. But Annie really needs something like that to be a better champion Annie is an outdated champion that will either get bigger range/less damage or some movement speed keeping the same low range and burst on her next full VGU if it happens. Not sure about the changes whether they are good or bad , and maybe the MS might be too high , Maybe the MS can be lowered to give her power something else , but most importantly , she needs some kind of movement speed.

I completely agree; but is it necessary to then also double the CD/mana cost on molten shield and also completely gut the ability?

She does kind of have to remain a high aa/Q range champion to succeed though, and if they do rework her and remove her targeted Q then Riot HQ is going to go up in flames - pun intended - as EVERYONE is familiar with Annie and she's literally the first champion in the game, in many ways. Alphabetically, even. Almost. The one thing an Annie VGU could give her though, and I'd look forward to?
