She's tanky because she just needs a bit of AS to be able to do consistent damage to any target, meaning she gets to build tanky after 1 or 2 damage items. And she has a shitload of defensive tools that are required for a squishy but overkill for a bruiser.

I played MF the other day and watched a tank gragas nearly one shot me with a full combo, even when I had blood thirster. An assassin can't kill a tank either, so who should if not the adc? Melee bruiser suffer to being easily kited and CC'd, yet when champs like darius are strong, one of the best tank killers, then people are still upset.
Tanks need to die somehow.

Leetri1 votesThey're straight up nerfing Q. It no longer crits, the double stacking is a bug and already removed in the next PBE version. W has a bit higher % damage and a bit higher minimum early, but lower minimum late. I don't play Vayne so I can't say how much of a buff that is. R is straight up buffed. So all in all, 1 straight up nerf, 1 arguable buff and 1 straight up buff.
