Ya the only way sona could pull off a combo without use of wards would be to ult then Q. But her Ult has a 100 second Cooldown so she couldn't do anything if she already did used it earlier. I mean I'm sure Sona player can fight a way around it, but it will be way easier to go head to head with her with ivern than it would to go against her with a jg like Udyr.
