And by buff i mean make the damage 10-180 and give it +0.5AD or 0.3AP scaling? And can we make scorch also proc on basic attacks? And do 40-220 base damage?

- It shouldn't outpace Comets damage because Comet is pure damage with no extra utility while also being dodgable 2.the shielding values can be pumped up further

Then buff the easily dodged comet so that its damage is also decent compared to the damage options in the other tree. AP/support Tank Support/utility Are all extremely under tuned and need severe buffs, or in the case of green; its entire second row needs a rework.
You cant say "its a support thing" as justification when its in a tree meant for traditional AP casters.
By this same logic, scorch can remain its piddly 10-40 because "its for support".
