@riot sotare, Lets talk about Olaf

Olaf is an interesting champ. hes the only champion in the game with so much raw stats a basic true damage nuke, a conditional perma slow and most notably a cc immunity ultimate.

From these very tools balance is very hard and as a result 2 things are true about olaf

-he is very fun when your playpattern falls into line. the olaf player can feel unstoppable at times especially when he makes the opponent forced to play around his ult

-he is extremely frustrating for the player because of the clunkyness of his q, so much attack speed, and long swing animation. it is extremely frustrating for the opponents because counterplay options are so limited when olaf is ahead.

How would you go about addressing the problems of olaf (as an individual, not necessarily as a balance or rework member) without affecting what makes him so fun. If you do have to change anything what do you think has to go.
