I think she should scale more like Diana.
She has bad ratios but could be strong via her base values on q, e and passive
I would rather she had bad base values but a lot better ratios.
Something like p1 10-50 (150% bonus ad) p2 5-35 (80%)
CD(8-4)------> (6) at all levels
E 190 +5ap +7bonus ad ----------> 130 +8ap +4total ad
CD (5-3)---------> (4) at all levels
Shes too hit or miss atm. Looking at these changes if u don't get a kill at 6 you look screwed. A smoother power curve along with the W change could make her less inconsistent and the low base values make it harder to snowball since you actually have to build damage to do damage
I think E is a good place to buff her because most people have more armor than MR and she doesn't like to build much armor pen, Lethality.
Also increased cd's make it so its harder to abuse on tank akali while one or 2 shotting someone wont be affected as much

All these changes seem to encourage us to build Tank Akali, this is my main problem with the direction of these changes.
If i want to build 1-2 damage items and the rest tank on a top champ, I would play Irelia
