Everybody complaining about the Veigar nerfs probably feels like his mana will be as bad.

Even if the numbers clearly show that the mana is better, you are still going to feel like that he is going to be clunky and have to use his limited resources well, which isn't really true.

You are imagining him with his current mana when it is being fixed, realized I didn't specify enough.
