Coup De Grace being addressed?

After over a year of research, the world's most acclaimed balance scientists have theorized that perhaps Coup De Grace is not of the same power level as the other runes in its row. In other news, Riven and Vayne are still just barely below the line of needing nerfs.

No reason it should be giving adaptive after kills imo

Honestly I keep forgetting that exists

Everything else there is just extra damage with a condition. Why the hell does this rune get the easiest condition to proc AND bonus power on top of the extra damage? Might wanna do a domination style pass here and give some condition to proc some adaptive power to the others or just straight up cut it.

They are increasing the damage % to 8% from 7% but are removing the adaptive.

You mean barely below right? Because if they were even barely above the line they'd be ora ora'd with nerfs

At least according to riot records

It's like some runes are never touched.

BTW perfect timing still exists. Does anyone going into inspo not pick it ? I bet over 90% of diamond+ people that pick inspo pick stopwatch
